The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is accepting applications for its Effectiveness, Practice, and Implementation in the Center for Mental Health Services’ (CMHS’) Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services Program for Children and their Families Service Sites (R01) grant program. The purpose of the program is to support studies of the effectiveness, impact, and context for successful preventative or treatment interventions at these sites.
Award amounts vary; budgets must follow the NIH (R01) grant mechanism. Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to the following: public/state controlled or private institution of higher education, nonprofit organizations, small business, for-profit organizations (other than small business), state government, historically black colleges and universities, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian serving institutions, and faith-based or community based organizations.
Deadline: October 5, 2007 (Cycle III)
