U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration - Family to Family Health Care Information and Education Centers for Families of Children with Special Health Care Needs

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration is accepting applications for its Family to Family Health Care Information and Education Centers for Families of Children with Special Health Care Needs grant program. The purpose of the program is to fund state-wide, family-run centers that provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs.

Award amounts are up to $95,700. Eligible applicants include any public or private entity in states that do not already have a center.
