Boston Foundation -- Health and Human Services Grants (Greater Boston area)

The Boston Foundation is accepting nominations for its Health and Human Services Grants program to support projects expanding access to health care services and coverage, especially for low-income and disadvantaged communities; addressing and ending racial and ethnic disparities, particularly in health outcomes; and/or making systemic improvements to public policy and advocacy.

Award amounts are about $15,000-$250,000 per year for up to three years via renewal application. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in the Greater Boston area (see website link below).

Deadline: July 1, 2008
