Indianapolis Colts -- Jr. Community Quarterback Award Program (Indiana)
The Indianapolis Colts are accepting applications for its Jr. Community Quarterback Award Program. The purpose of the program is to encourage community volunteerism among Indiana high school and college students. Award amounts are $1,000. Eligible applicants are Indiana students ages 14-21 by December 31, 2007 who will use the grant to complete a student-initiated community program in partnership with a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please Note: The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools (CHHCS) does not administer this funding opportunity.
