Robert Wood Johnson Foundation -- Scholars in Health Policy Research Program
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is accepting nominations for its Scholars in Health Policy Research Program. The purpose of this program is to fund 2-year fellowships that increase the number of United States health policy thinkers and researchers within economics, political science, and sociology. The program enables up to 12 highly qualified individuals to undertake fellowships at one of three universities -- Harvard University, the University of California-Berkeley (in collaboration with the University of California-San Francisco), and The University of Michigan.
Award amounts are $83,000 from the recipient’s university for year one and $86,000 for year two. Eligible applicants are graduates of doctoral programs in economics, political science, and sociology, including junior faculty, especially those who have not previously worked extensively in health or health policy research.
