MARPAT Foundation -- Wards 7 and 8 Youth and Social Services Grants (Washington, DC Metro Area)

The MARPAT Foundation, in partnership with the Community Foundation for the National Capital Region, is accepting applications for its Wards 7 and 8 Youth and Social Services Grants to support projects providing leadership, direct services, systems reform, and capacity building in one or more of the following areas: education, employment and literacy, health, housing, violence prevention, financial literacy, substance abuse treatment and prevention, and family support and child development.

Award amounts vary. Eligible applicants are public 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

Deadline: May 27, 2008
