The Women Helping Others (WHO) Foundation supports grass-roots charities serving the overlooked needs of women and children in the United States. Priority areas include health and social service needs.

Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status. Organizations must have been incorporated for a minimum of three years prior to applying.
