Implementing Trauma Interventions in Schools: Addressing the Immigrant and Refugee Experience
A team of colleagues from the Caring Across Communities network share insights in a new book,
Health Disparities Among Under-Served Populations. This chapter utilizes 'practice-based evidence' to outline the promise of and challenges associated with providing culturally responsive trauma-focused mental health interventions to immigrant and refugee youth and their families within school settings. Parent Resource Center
The Parent Resource Center provides two types of information: Learn Now -- a web portal that provides valuable links to parent-friendly resources on child and adolescent health issues, and Act Now -- a guide written by CHHCS to help parents assess health-related services and programs at their child's schools.
The Continuous Quality Improvement Tool for School-Based Health Centers
