The purpose of the Peninsula Health Care District's Community Health Grants Program is to invest in nonprofit, community focused programs, services, and interventions that serve to improve the health status of San Mateo County residents. Program priorities include childhood obesity and nutrition.
Multiple grants ranging from $10,000-50,000 are available to select applicants. Nonprofit organizations serving residents of the Peninsula Health Care District are eligible to apply.
