Grants for Community Clinics and Health Centers (California)

The goals of this program is to 1) increase access to quality preventive and healthcare services provided by community health centers as a means to improve health status and spur economic development that supports healthy communities; and 2) encourage innovation in the way health care is organized and delivered.
Awards ranging from $1-2 million for periods up to ten years are available to select applicants. Federally designated community health centers, migrant health centers, rural health centers, and frontier health centers in California are eligible to apply.
