The purpose of Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program is to increase the number of innovative community initiated programs that promote access to health care for children, youth and their families nationwide, and employ preventive health strategies.
Approximately eight grants of varying amounts will be awarded to select applicants. Nonprofit organizations, state and county governments, independent school districts, and Native American tribal organizations are eligible to apply.
