Each year the program selects up to nine highly qualified individuals for two-year fellowships at one of three nationally prominent universities with the expectation that these scholars will make important research contributions to health policy in the United States.

Select applicants will receive a yearly stipend from the Foundation. Recent graduates of doctoral programs in economics, political science, and sociology, including junior faculty, are invited to apply.
