US Department of Health and Human Services - Supplemental Services for Recently Arrived Refugees Grant
The US Department of Health and Human Services Office of Refugee Resettlement is accepting applications for funding for Supplemental Services for Recently Arrived Refugees to provide services to arriving refugees or sudden and unexpected large secondary migration of refugees where communities are not sufficiently prepared in terms of linguistic or culturally appropriate services.
Up to $500,000 will be awarded to up to 20 applicants. Eligible applicants include public or private nonprofit agencies, and faith-based and community organizations.
Deadline: February 24, 2010
