The scholarship will be awarded upon graduation from high school with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
Multiple $3,000 educational grants are available for select nominees. Students of Hispanic descent with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, who are U.S. citizens and are enrolled full-time in the District of a Hispanic State legislator are eligible for nomination. The student must be nominated by their school principal, teacher, guidance counselor, or Hispanic state legislator.
