The purpose of this funding opportunity is to improve the health and well-being of our nation’s youth by working with education and health agencies, and other organizations to reduce HIV, STD, teen pregnancy, and related risk behaviors among middle and high school students. This initiative offers an approach that includes three overall components; school-based surveillance, school-based HIV/STI prevention, and technical assistance and capacity building.

Amount: $12,000 – $350,000
