Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina Foundation- Health Care Improvement Grants (Deadline: 08/16/17)
The Foundation will fund projects that align with its mission to promote and support healthier South Carolinians, particularly the economically vulnerable, by supporting solutions to address gaps in health care and serving as an agent of change to support innovation and value-added public-private partnerships. Projects should address one of the following five focus areas: access to care, building a stronger health care workforce, improving the quality and value of care, investing in the health and wellbeing of SC children and families, and research.

Healthcare Georgia Foundation– Grants for Programs to Address Health Disparities (Deadline: 08/03/17)
The mission of the Healthcare Georgia Foundation is to advance the health of all Georgians and to expand access to affordable, quality healthcare for underserved individuals and communities in the state. Grants of up to $50,000 will be awarded to support existing healthcare services and health promotion programs aligned with its priority focus on addressing health disparities in Georgia.

American Honda Foundation- STEM Education Project Grants (Deadline: 08/01/17)
The foundation engages in grantmaking that reflects the basic tenets, beliefs, and philosophies of Honda companies, which are characterized by the following qualities: imaginative, creative, youthful, forward-thinking, scientific, humanistic, and innovative. One-year grants of up to $75,000 will be awarded to youth education projects with a specific focus on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) subjects and the environment. Nonprofit 501(c)(3)’s, school districts, and schools are eligible for consideration.

The Director of Oral Health will be responsible for working with the MCH and WIC Directors and staff, stakeholders, and partners to advise on strategies to improve health outcomes and wellbeing of mothers and children in the state of Georgia. The Director of Oral Health is the dental expert on MCH and WIC within DPH and will serve as a key advisor on DPH key priority areas and Health Promotion programs..

Trust for America’s Health- Health Policy Research and Communications Associate (Washington, DC) 
Trust for America’s Health (TFAH) seeks a Health Policy Research and Communications Associate to work with the public affairs team to help write, edit and release policy and public health research. Activities will include conducting policy research, writing portions of policy reports and other materials, and editing, fact-checking and reviewing report and report materials (graphics, charts, news releases, public statements, etc.).

Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy- School Psychologist (Washington, DC)
